The role
IT Systems Technician
Your mission: make sure technology is never the reason a load stops moving.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support to users and workstations.
- Install and configure equipment, network and peripherals.
- Manage account creation, removal and access.
- Perform preventive maintenance on the IT fleet.
- Log incidents and follow them through to closure.
What we're looking for
- Technical degree or systems engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Windows, networking and PC hardware skills.
- Availability to work on site in Nuevo Laredo.
- Technical English for reading documentation.
- Experience with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
