This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Tradelink Logistics collects through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and how you can exercise your rights over it.

1. Who is responsible for your data

Tradelink Logistics is responsible for the personal data collected through tradelinklogistics.com. Our office is located at:

2. What information we collect

We collect different information depending on how you interact with the site:

  • Quote requests (Home and Contact page): your name, company, email, phone number, origin and destination, service type, approximate weight and dimensions, and any details you add.
  • Scheduling a call (from the quote confirmation screen): your name, company, email, phone number, and the date/time you choose.
  • Job applications (Careers page): your name, email, phone number, city, and your résumé/CV (as a file or a link). If you choose to complete the optional second step, we also collect your answers to that position's questions and any work history you share.

When you use the origin/destination fields, the text you type is sent to Google Maps to suggest addresses as you type — this does not identify you personally to Google beyond the text of your search.

3. Why we collect it

We use your information to: respond to your quote request and follow up with you; confirm and hold a scheduled call; evaluate your job application and contact you about the hiring process; and, only if you don't object, send you relevant follow-up communications about our services.

Submitting a quote request is not a binding contract — the shipping rates and details you receive are preliminary and are confirmed by a sales representative before any service is agreed to.

4. Who we share it with

We share your information with the service providers that let us operate this site and respond to you:

  • GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — our CRM, where your contact information is stored so our sales/talent team can follow up with you, and where scheduled calls are booked.
  • Resend — the service we use to deliver the internal notification emails your submission triggers.
  • Cloudflare (R2 storage) — where your résumé/CV file is stored, in a private location our team accesses to review your application.
  • Cloudflare Turnstile — the security check that runs on our forms to tell real people from bots. Cloudflare receives technical signals from your browser (such as your IP address and device characteristics) to make that determination; it does not use them to build an advertising profile of you. Its handling of that data is described in the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
  • Google Maps Platform — only the text you type in the origin/destination fields, to suggest addresses.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

5. Cookies and tracking

This site does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies. If that changes (for example, if we add Google Analytics), we will update this notice to reflect it before doing so.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep your information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes described above (following up on your quote or application), and afterward only as long as needed for legal, accounting, or recordkeeping purposes.

7. Your rights (access, rectification, cancellation, objection)

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you (Access), request corrections (Rectification), request that we delete it (Cancellation), oppose certain uses (Objection), and revoke your consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@tradelinklogistics.com with your name and the request you're making — we'll respond within a reasonable time.

8. Data security

Your information travels encrypted between your browser and our servers, and is stored with access limited to the team members who need it to do their job.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice from time to time. The date at the top of this page always reflects the latest version.
