1. Scope of these Terms

These Terms govern your use of our Website and services, including but not limited to:

  • Freight quote requests.
  • Meeting and call scheduling features.
  • Job application submissions (Careers).
  • Other interactive features and services provided through our Website.

By using our Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

2. Use of services

You agree to:

  • Use our Website and services only for lawful purposes.
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting quotes, scheduling calls, or applying for jobs.
  • Refrain from interfering with or disrupting the Website's operation.

Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Posting or transmitting harmful, unlawful, offensive content, or malicious files (for example, in CV uploads).
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.
  • Submitting forms by automated means, scraping the Website, or sending fake or bulk submissions.
  • Using the Website in any way that may harm the Company or other users.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

3. Freight quote requests

Our Website allows users to request freight quotes by submitting shipment details. Please note:

  • Any rates, transit times, or details provided through the Website or subsequent communications are preliminary estimates based on the information you provide.
  • Submitting a quote request does not constitute a binding transportation or logistics contract. Final rates and terms are subject to formal confirmation by a representative and the issuance of a binding agreement or Bill of Lading.

4. Careers and job applications

When applying for a position through our Website, you certify that all information submitted (including your résumé and contact details) is truthful and accurate. Submitting an application does not guarantee employment or an interview.

5. Security verification

Our forms run an automated security check (Cloudflare Turnstile) to tell real people from bots. By submitting a form you accept that this check runs, and that we may reject, delay, or review a submission that it flags. It is a check on the submission, not a judgment about you: if it ever gets in your way, write to us at the address at the end of this page and we'll take it from there.

What that check receives from your browser, and what it does not, is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Files you upload

Job applications require a résumé/CV, as a file or a link. When you attach a file, you confirm that you have the right to share it and you authorize us to store it and make it available to the team members handling the selection process.

  • Accepted formats: PDF, DOC, or DOCX, up to 10 MB per file.
  • Files are stored in a private location; they are not published and are not indexed by search engines.
  • We may remove a file that is unreadable, that exceeds the size limit, or that contains malicious content.

7. SMS / text messaging program

These terms apply to the text messages Tradelink Logistics sends from this Website.

  • Joining — by checking the optional SMS box on our quote or call-request forms. The box is unchecked by default and is never required to submit the form or to hire our services.
  • What you receive — promotional messages from Tradelink Logistics: follow-up on your quote, updates about your freight, and occasional offers.
  • Frequency and cost — message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply; those are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us.
  • Opting out — reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or write to us at the address at the end of this page.
  • Delivery — mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and your device.
  • Your number — we do not share your mobile information or your SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use this SMS service.

8. Third-party services

This Website relies on third-party providers to work: our CRM and scheduling platform, our email delivery service, our security and storage provider, our maps provider, and our analytics provider. They are named, with what each one receives, in our Privacy Policy. We choose them carefully, but we do not control their systems, and an outage or error on their side may affect the features of this Website that depend on them.

9. Availability

We do not guarantee that the Website will be available without interruption or free of errors. Scheduling a call depends on our calendar provider and on the times it reports as available; a confirmed time may need to be rescheduled, in which case we contact you. If a form fails, you can always reach us by email — a failed submission does not mean we received your request.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the Company or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written permission.

11. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our Website, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described there.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website, scheduling tools, or services.
  • The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Website or error-free operation (including the third-party tools used for scheduling or CRM management). If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Website or these Terms, your sole remedy is to discontinue using the Website.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tradelink Logistics, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Website, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Our Website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience, and we are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Website or services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that may harm the Company.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Website or services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Webb County, Laredo, Texas, USA.

18. Language

These Terms are published in English and in Spanish. The Spanish version is provided for your convenience. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the two versions, the English version prevails, consistent with the governing law and jurisdiction set out in Section 17.
